There isn't a single one of us that doesn't deal with imposter syndrome.
And the truth is, if we're doing anything remotely creative, that imposter syndrome will never ever go away. By its very definition, creative work will always involve dealing with something new. Maybe it's a new piece of software, a new mindset, a new type of project, a new location, or a new team. When things are new, we're going to feel like a fake. That's natural. So our goal isn't to stop being an imposter. Instead, we simply focus on being a kind, generous one.
